The final morning is open. Sleep in, revisit The Sandbox, hike a Sand Valley trail you have not yet explored, or sit on the patio with coffee and look at the landscape.

Check out and drive to the airport. The drive back to Madison or Mosinee gives you a decompression period that flights from hub-adjacent resorts do not offer.

Logistics
On-resort lodging eliminates daily driving. You need a rental car for the airport transfer and any off-property excursions, but it sits parked for most of the trip. All tee times book directly through the resort. Peak weekends in July and August require the earliest booking. Caddies are available and recommended, particularly for The Lido, where local knowledge of the green complexes provides a material advantage.
