The cottages and estate homes at Sand Valley give you the same on-resort access as the lodge with more space and greater independence.
Cottages in two- to four-bedroom configurations, plus four-bedroom estate homes with full kitchens. Private patios with golf-course views and Jacuzzi tubs add a layer of comfort the standard lodge room does not attempt. Everything sits on the resort grounds, so the walk to the first tee and the pro shop stays short.
For buddy trips and family groups, the format works. A foursome splitting a four-bedroom estate home brings the per-person cost in line with or below the lodge, and the full kitchen means breakfast and post-round meals happen on your own schedule. You still get the resort experience: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, The Lido, The Sandbox, and Sedge Valley are all on-property, and you set the pace.
From $200 for the smaller cottages in shoulder season, climbing past $400 for estate homes during peak summer. Direct-book only through the resort, not listed on third-party platforms. Peak-season weekends fill early, particularly when groups coordinate around specific course pairings.
