The property

514 rooms adjacent to both the Stadium Course and Dye's Valley. Four pools, a spa, seven restaurants, a fitness center, and a beach club shuttle to Ponte Vedra Beach. The restaurant count is worth flagging: it provides genuine variety across a multi-night stay, which is not always true of golf resorts where dining is an afterthought.

What to expect

The stay-and-play packages are the primary value mechanism. Bundling rooms with Stadium Course and Dye's Valley tee times typically reduces the per-round cost relative to booking independently, and the packages include preferred access to tee times that can be difficult to secure during peak season. Marriott Bonvoy members earn and redeem points.

This is not a boutique property and does not pretend to be. It is a well-run, full-service resort that functions as the operational hub for golf at TPC Sawgrass. For the trip built around the island green, no other property eliminates more friction between room and first tee.

Rates and booking

$300 to $550 nightly, with peak season at the upper end and summer rates offering meaningful savings. For a foursome splitting a room or booking adjacent rooms, the per-person cost is competitive with alternatives requiring a 20- to 40-minute drive to the course. The convenience premium is real and, for a TPC-focused trip, justified.
