The Hampton Inn Williamsburg Central is the value floor in the Williamsburg golf market that still maintains a recognisable brand standard. Roughly 120 rooms with the standard Hampton package: free hot breakfast, indoor pool, fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, free parking. Comfortable beds, no surprises in either direction.
Kingsmill Resort and Golden Horseshoe sit 10 to 15 minutes away by car; Royal New Kent runs about 30. The breakfast is a genuine practical advantage for early tee times, removing the need to find food before a morning round. Treat the room as a place to sleep between rounds, not part of the experience.
$100 to $170 per night. Across a four-night stay, the savings against the resort properties can approach $600 to $800 per person. For most visiting golfers, that's two additional rounds, which is a better use of the money. Hilton Honors applies.
