The property
The Hampton Inn Tropicana sits on Dean Martin Drive south of the Strip, with direct I-15 access that simplifies the morning drive to courses in every direction. The 322 rooms deliver the Hilton family standard: clean, consistent, and free of surprises. Free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, and ten meeting rooms for organised group outings. Pet-friendly, which matters on driving trips from Los Angeles or Phoenix.
What to expect
This is not walkable to the Strip. The trade is significant savings against boulevard properties, where resort fees, $18 to $25 daily self-parking, and $35 to $45 valet inflate the true cost. None of that applies here; the rate you see is roughly the rate you pay.
