The property

ChampionsGate is a vacation rental community sitting next to the Omni resort and its two Greg Norman courses, the International and the National. You'll find villas and homes with full kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and access to community amenities including a resort pool, fitness centre, and cabanas. Depending on the specific address, the courses are either on-site or a short drive away.

What to expect

The rental inventory is deep, so most group sizes and travel dates work, though peak-season bookings during January through April need to go in early. Property quality varies with the management company and individual owner investment, so check recent reviews and guest photos before committing. For a group of four to six splitting a three- or four-bedroom villa, the per-person rate undercuts the Omni hotel rooms while adding the kitchen and the space that hotel stays don't deliver.

Rates and booking

$150 to $378 nightly and up, scaling with property size and finish. Booking through the listed platforms is standard. If the ChampionsGate courses are the centrepiece of the trip, renting inside the community is the most cost-effective way to walk to the first tee.
