The Old Town base places all four courses within a thirty-minute drive. Papago and Raven are south, roughly fifteen minutes away. Talking Stick is east, roughly ten minutes. The compact geography is the practical advantage of a central Scottsdale base, and it is the reason the value tier works as well as it does in this market. A rental car is necessary, but daily distances are modest. The Old Town location adds walkable dining and evening activity, which trims the total trip spend by removing the need for resort restaurants.
