The property currently runs three courses at different scales: the full-length Karoo, the par-3 Roost, and the 12-hole Squeeze. The resort is still expanding, which means you experience a property in its formative phase, a quality that will not be available once the master plan is complete.

The morning round at The Roost, the property's par-3 course, is built for social play and architectural conversation. The course was designed collaboratively by Keith Rhebb, Rob Collins, Riley Johns, and other architects, with each hole attributed to a different designer.

Cabot Citrus Farms is a developing property; accommodation count and amenity offerings are expanding. Confirm current availability and packages directly with the resort. The Roost and The Squeeze are walking-only. Karoo encourages walking. Peak season runs November through April. The property's proximity to Tampa, at roughly one hour, makes it accessible as either a standalone destination or a component of a broader central Florida golf trip.
